Cancellation & Refund Policy

At NotIgnored Academy, all fees are collected by Curioversity Learning Private Limited. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All fees, payments, and charges made are final and strictly non-refundable.

  • Once paid, fees cannot be transferred, refunded, or adjusted against future services.

2. Cancellation by User

  • Users may choose to withdraw from the program at any time, but such withdrawal shall not entitle them to a refund or credit.

3. Cancellation by Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a program, class, or service at any time. In such cases, no refunds shall be offered, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Refund Exceptions

  • Any exceptions (if granted) are solely at the absolute discretion of Curioversity Learning Private Limited.

  • Approval of one exception does not set any precedent for future claims.

5. Processing

  • If a refund is approved in writing, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
